The Volkswagen Atlas is also known as the Teramont in many markets outside of North America.

It is a mid-size crossover SUV built using the MQB platform that also underpins many other models from the Golf through to the T-Roc.

This shorter version is also known as the Teramont X and the Teramont Cross Sport.

In terms of appearance, the shorter Atlas has a sloped rear window and boot area and shares the same wheelbase as the normal model.
