For the 2018 model year of Lexus ES we have found that all trims use the same coolant:
Engine Code: 2AR-FXE
3,2 litre (Electric engine/generator control module)
Engine Code: 2GR-FE
9,2 litre

Coolant (or antifreeze) is used in the engine to stop the water used to transfer heat to the radiator freezing due to low temperatures.
Coolant also works in the opposite direction, by preventing damage from the water being too hot if the engine is overheating.
